Survival Preparedness – Get Fit!

 

So you have been working on setting aside extra food and water for an emergency survival situation.  You have put together a great bug out bag for yourself and each member of your family.  You have even gone so far as to plan ahead and have a retreat location in mind in case you need to leave your home behind.  You have worked hard to prepare for a green level event, and have been working hard to be prepared for a yellow level event and possibly even a red level event.  However, prepping for disaster is more than having extra survival gear,food and water, and guns set aside.  It is also more than having a wide variety of skills to help you survive.  You also need to be mentally and physically fit.
